LILI SHALEV-SHAWN
Lili is a certified executive coach and leadership consultant with 25 years of experience in senior
leadership roles in marketing, strategic communications and healthcare, including nine years as Chief
Communications and Marketing Officer at Women’s College Hospital.
She has held executive roles at major public and private sector organizations where she managed multi-
functional teams, developed strategic plans and led integrated communications campaigns for some of
the world’s biggest brands – like GlaxoSmithKline, Kellogg’s, Unilever, KFC, Nestle, IBM and Cadbury. She now brings that experience and a pragmatic, creative approach to help her clients excel in their own careers and achieve their goals.
As the co-founder of Vantage Partnership, Lili works with executives, clinician leaders and teams to shift their mindset, understand who they are at their best and recognize the blind spots that are impeding their success. Her pragmatic, motivational process results in decisive action and sustained success.
Lili holds a Bachelor of Sociology and an ACC certification from the Adler School of Professional Coaching.

Carolyn Richardson is a learning and change strategist with over 20 years of experience in organizational development, leadership coaching, and facilitation. She works with healthcare organizations, executive teams, and businesses to enhance team performance, drive strategic alignment, and create impactful learning experiences.
With a background in consulting for global, national and local organizations, Carolyn helps leaders navigate change, improve decision-making, and foster stronger leadership cultures. Her facilitation is engaging and results-driven, drawing from frameworks like Liberating Structures and Appreciative Inquiry.
